New website requirements

We’ll need a few things from you, in order to get started on a website for your organization:

• 1. High resolution images for your website:

-Backgrounds in Hi Res (playing field, rink, players in action, etc)

-Logos in High Res (Team, Event, League)

-Images for event overview page, news, etc in High Res

-Event description/overview (brief description as well as any inclusions)

-Event details (Dates, City, Cost, Skill level(s), Age division(s), etc)

-Colour codes (from Logo or league)

-News articles (News content you’d like on the site)

• 2. Import Data: Weather you’re coming from another software solution or just have a lot of data to bring into the Kreezee platform, you’ll need a .csv or .xlsx of that data. You can import:

-Teams & Team Staff

-Players

-Games & Events (past & future)

• 3. Domain transfer data: If you’ve got an existing domain, and you’d like the keep it:
  -If you’re with GoDaddy: Follow THESE STEPS.

-If you’re with Another provider: You’ll need to unlock the domain with the provider, supply Kreezee Sports with the Transfer (EPP) code, and apply “Keep My Domain”

-IF YOU HAVE EMAIL ADRESSES LINKED TO YOUR DOMAIN PLEASE ADVISE YOUR SUPPORT MANAGER (or you will lose all of your email)
